Terms & Conditions
We collate a mailing list of customers who wish to be kept informed of our special offers and new jewellery designs. Customer details will be kept for the sole use of Karina Anne and will under no circumstances be passed on to a third party. Customers may unsubscribe at any time, simply send an email to info@karinaanne.co.uk with unsubscribe in the subject line.
Customer Guarantee
When you order from us, we want you to absolutely love the jewellery that you have bought. If you are not delighted with your purchase, please send it back to us and a full refund will be given if goods are returned within fourteen days of receipt. Exchanges or credit notes are offered after this period. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings for a refund or exchange. Please also note that the safe return of goods is the customer's respsonsibility.
We check our jewellery and gift items scrupulously before we send them out, but if anything should be faulty, we will refund the cost of the item, plus any postal charges incurred by you. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and that it is safely and securely wrapped. Thank you!
