Ordering Jewellery & Gifts
When you have chosen which item you want to purchase, just click "add to basket" and once you have finished shopping, go to "checkout". You can either pay securely online (we collect credit card payments via PayPal) or you can send a cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque, please place your order online ticking the "click here to pay by cheque" button and we will email you our postal details.
All of our jewellery comes to you in recycled gift boxes and tied with luxurious white organza ribbon. We aim to send you your jewellery and other items within ten working days (at the most) via Royal Mail at the following rates :
UK deliveries
£1.00 to £3.50: P&P = 75p
£3.51 to £25: P&P= £2.95
Over £25: P&P= £4.25 Special Delivery
Overseas deliveries
Flat rate of £5.00
Apart from the "one-of-a-kind" pieces, all our jewellery is made to order. This means we can adjust measurements to suit your needs. Just let us know if you would like something shorter or longer and by how much.

Customer Guarantee
When you order from us, we want you to absolutely love the jewellery that you have bought. If you are not delighted with your purchase, please send it back to us and a full refund will be given if goods are returned within fourteen days of receipt. Exchanges or credit notes are offered after this period. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings for a refund or exchange. Please also note that the safe return of goods is the customer's responsibility.
We check our jewellery and gift items scrupulously before we send them out, but if anything should be faulty, we will refund the cost of the item, plus any postal charges incurred by you. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and that it is safely and securely wrapped. Thank you!

Looking after your jewellery
If you look after your jewellery and treat it with care, you will enjoy it for many years to come. Try and keep necklaces either lying flat or hang them up so they don't get tangled. This will avoid any kinks and scratches. Don't wear your jewellery while you bathe or shower and it is advisable to remove it before going to sleep. The silver we use is very high quality sterling silver with a silver content of 92-98%. A periodic rub with a polishing cloth will keep it clean and shiny. Don't worry if it becomes tarnished, this will not do it any harm and you will just have to give it a quick polish. Polishing clothes are available on our "accessories" page.

Ethical Jewellery
We love making jewellery, but only if we can do so in a responsible way. Mining for gemstones is damaging to the environment and on top of this, the processing of gemstones to make them into beads is extremely dangerous, and sometimes lethal, if the proper safety equipment is not used. Many gemstones are cut and ground in parts of the world that do not always enjoy the same standards of health and safety that we do and for these reasons, we have decided to stop using gemstones in our designs. We now focus on using handmade beads made of glass and crystal, as well as sterling silver and freshwater pearls.
We use exquisite lampwork beads which are like little works of art in themselves! Here we support individual bead artists and have favourites in both the UK and Canada. These artists make their beads in small batches and each one is individually crafted and annealed to make them extremely durable.
We also use Swarovski crystal and glass from the Czech Republic and Venetian glass beads from Murano, Italy. Some of our silver is Fair Trade, bought in Thailand and the gift boxes that our jewellery is delivered in, are recycled and beautiful enough for you to keep or re-use. Our business cards and most of our other stationary is also made from recycled paper/sustainable sources.
