A lovely cluster necklace made of sterling silver. The leaf is 2.5cm long and hangs next to a puffed heart, an AA grade freshwater pearl charm and a sweet little engraved heart charm. The necklace is finished off with a lobster clasp, another pearl charm and the distinctive Karina Anne silver tag.
